The Scarborough Raiders and the Forest City Hurricanes played some strong football on Sunday, making for an interesting Championship game between the two. The Hurricanes, making their third final appearance this season (winning the two previous), had to be the favorites going in. Like most teams with a winning mentality, The Raiders paid no attention to this as they cruised past the Canes, defeating them 36 to 13, to capture their first title of 2003.
