New Online Registration
TFONT is now implementing a two phased tournament registration for its tournaments.
The first phase is the traditional method of filling in the Trillium Tour Entry Form. Attach applicable cheques by mail or interact email payment to arrive before deadlines, to Touch Football Ontario.
The second phase is for managers or designated team members to create a profile (center option under header) and register theirrespective teams online in "real time" hosted on Mytournament.ca.

Payment -- Nothing changes here, except we our no longer using paypal. Email Interac payment is the easiest method, use president@tfont.com, but cheque by mail is fine too.

Tournament Entry Deadline Dates
Belleville Early Bird - May 5th/6th - Entry Deadline: April 20th
Brampton - June 2nd/3rd - Entry Deadline: May 18th
Kingston Limestone - June 23rd/24th - Entry Deadline: June 8th
Ottawa Naitonal Capital Classic - July 14th/15th - Entry Deadline: June 29th
Unionville Invitational - August 11th/12th - Entry Deadline: July 27th
Provincial - Belleville September 8th/9th - Entry Deadline: August 17th
Nationals - Toronto October 6th, 7th & 8th - Entry Deadline August 22nd
Representatives may withdraw their teams at any time prior to the deadline date. No one can withdraw following the deadline date unless providing a written submission to the discipline committee. All teams who register online and fail to withdraw in time shall be considered entered in a tournament and receipt of their fees shall be confirmed in real time as well. Anyone who has sent their fees in and has NOT been confirmed should contact TFONT immediately.

Teams registering for the 2012 Trillium Tour are required to :
1 - Fill in a Team Managers Contact Form and email it to Touch Football Ontario.
2 - Fill in the Trillium Tour Entry Form. Attach applicable cheques and mail to arrive before deadlines, to Touch Football Ontario, or pay using Interac payments via email to mailto:president@tfon.com
3 - Complete in full a Team Roster Form..... attach applicable cheque and mail to arrive before deadline, to Touch Football Ontario.

4 - Custom Scorecards are available in the Trillium Tour section.... Complete custom Scorecards and print off on 90 bond paper..... hand in to Officials for all Trillium Games. Custom scorecards aren't mandatory, as blank scorecards will be provided by Officials at all Trillium Tournament fields of play.
NEW - FROZEN ROSTER POLICY
All Trillium Tour teams would have their rosters frozen at the completion of the 2012 Nationals. That being said any player on a team’s roster would be considered on that team for the start of the next season. If a player chooses to start the season with a different team, than he would not be permitted to return to the team he played for in the previous year.
The rational behind this is that in the last few years, numerous players have been participating in the Early Bird Tournament with a different team than they finished the season only because that team is not entered in the Early Bird, then return later in the tour to their original team.
Example: Player X for the Team A plays for Team B in the Early Birdbecause Team A has not entered. Player X than transfers back to Team A once they start to compete on the tour.
Player X may transfer to any team other than Team A for the duration of the 2012 Trillium Tour season.

League Registration
To Register your League / Association, you are required to complete the
2012 TFONT League Membership Application Form.
Attach applicable cheque for Association and Recreational Team Fees, and mail to arrive before deadline, to Touch Football Ontario.
Officials Association Registration
To Register your Officials Association you are required to complete the
2012 TFONT Officials Association Membership Application Form. Attach applicable cheque for Association, and mail to arrive before deadline, to Touch Football Ontario.
Player Registration
Players (Male/Female/Youth) not affiliated with a team, and interested in participating
with Touch Football Ontario are required to complete the
Player Registration Form.
Email or mail to Touch Football Ontario or directly to the relevant League Contacts.
