The 2004 Provincial Championships would not only have to be declared the most successful one yet, but also, the most enjoyable. With Fletcher Fields Rugby Park offering 6 fields of play, players and fans alike were treated to a fantastic football experience. The bathroom and shower facilities, as well as the Beer tent in the middle of all of the fields, were a bonus.

Of course, having this complex would have been insignificant if it were not for the efforts of the TFO staff and the countless volunteers offering their priceless services. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on the Touch committee and all of those who went the extra mile to help deliver to the players and fans the fantastic 2004 Trillium Tour. It would be impossible to thank each and every person individually, but to those who stayed the extra hour to pick up garbage, tear down the tents, and help compile scores, you are the unsung heroes. THANK YOU!

Above you can see a group shot of our invaluable TFO Staff. Whether it’s working on draws, booking fields, or managing finances, this dedicated crew does their very best for you and I. Below that are three men who do an incredible amount of work behind the scenes. Barry Lauzon does wonders for us at the main office, always ready to do more. Don Knowles offers his tech skills, repairing the various messes that we create on our computers. Brent Rennick is our Referee-in-Chief. He’s responsible for seeing to it that each field and every game has a crew of officials. His shuffling referees is always a chore, but Brent always comes through in the clutch. I can’t thank you three enough!!
