A Woman’s Touch
The Ottawa Fury have been on quite the
roll in 2004 Trillium play. Including Ottawa, this squad has made three
consecutive championship game appearances. Despite the strong play from
the lovely ladies in blue, it was the Montreal Raiders who took this
division convincingly. Working with a skeleton crew, the talented women
in gold would allow only 6 points in their three Sunday contests. Clearly,
they put up enough points on the offensive side of the ball. Doing so,
the Raiders would earn their first title of 2004. Congratulations on
your victories and thank you for coming to our tournament! Your trek
is much appreciated!
