After adding to their all ready impressive stable this past off season, it wasn't until the Hamilton Bowl when things began to mesh for the Spartans. This tournament wasn't a contest for this squad as they would cruise to their first title of the season. The Toronto Shock had a rough start to their 2005 Trillium Tour campaign. After dropping a controversial result to the Montreal Raiders at the Early Bird, the Shock stormed into Hamilton with Elite gold in their eyes. The Toronto X-Men engaged in the most exciting Championship game of the weekend. With their crafty quarterback, Dave Bye, utlizing the speed of his squad, the X-Men pulled out the "CC" title. Click here to read more.

The Montreal Warriors came down to Hamilton with their patent small roster. Although this approach has resulted in early exits for them in the past, these ladies managed to dig down deep and pull out the "B" crown. Click for more.

The Ottawa Argos and the Kingston Stooley Stingers merged teams in the off season, forming one of the most balanced squads in tier two. With their youth, speed, and plenty of experience, they captured the A title. Click here...
