Despite off season squad shuffling by several elite level teams, the Canadians (defending Provincial and National Champions), prevailed with their previous season roster intact. Although they had a smooth cruise to the finals, they found themselves in a tough battle against the improved Piranhas. It took a third down single kicking point to go up by two scores to pretty much seal their championship victory. Click here to see other men's Elite coverage.

After posting an elite level finalist finish at the 2003 National Championships, the Montreal Raiders struggled much throughout 2004. The Raiders would kick off the 2005 campaign with a bang, however, going undefeated at the Early Bird. In close Sunday playoff games, the Raiders would beat the Ravens (welcome back ladies:), the FlagMag.com Fleurs De Lys, and the Toronto Rockets. Click here to see more Elite women's coverage.

The Hamilton Raiders, with their high powered offense, made waves on last years tour. They kicked off the 2005 capaign with a 5 and 0 Early Bird record, and the "C" title to boot. Click here for other C division results.

With the defending National Elite Champion, qb Kim Kerr (Roadrunners), making the jump, the Titans saw instant improvement. They would capture the B title in a win over hometown rival Fury. Click for more.

The Mayor, Fred Lachance, spent a busy off season improving his Maroon squad. His hard work paid early dividends as his his team convincingly captured the "A" title in Burlington. Click here for other tier two results.
