The Mississauga Bengals had a great start to their 2006 campaign. They took their pool, defeating the defending National champion Rockets in the process. Although they dropped their preliminary match up to the highly improved Wildcats, they regained their form for play-off action, and found their way to the championship game to face the talent-laden Landell Lightning.

Toronto Crew 13 vs Burlington Packers 6

Landell Lightning 14 vs Burlington Enemy 0

Semi-Finals

As mentioned, the Bengals would regain their round-robin form. In three play-off matches, championship game included, the Bengals allowed only a single touchdown to be scored against them. Their offense would score more then enough points to carry them to their first Trillium Title. Congratulations on your fine weekend ladies!
