Once again Hamilton proved to be a tournament of surprises. On behalf of the Hamilton Touch Football Association I would like to extend a heart felt THANK YOU, to all that participated in the "Hammer".

Hamilton showed once again that when the heat is turned up the competitive juices can flow with a solid turn out from numerous teams. With teams starting to understand the new draw concept we saw several upsets in each grouping.

The weather was sunshine, sunshine, and more sunshine all weekend that forced the food people to sell out early on both days, and the beer tent to sell out before the end of the tournament in everything. This just shows the support we receive from the players...thank you

I would like to Thank everyone that helped out. From the referee's that keep our game alive, the ref-in "Chiefs", both of them, the girls in the beer tent to keep everything running smoothly, Ed and the TFO group with the tedious jobs they do behind the scenes, and The City of Hamilton for keeping the fields in awesome condition for us. The HTFA would like to also thank Stan Miller for cutting and lining the fields for us on his own time, and the few volunteers from teams that pitched in when needed to make the tournament fly with out a hitch.

Once again THANK YOU for making The Hamilton Bowl a great stop on the tour with your great play, friendship, and support. The HTFA looks forward to seeing you next year once again.
