The Kingston Brass Monkeys have made two consecutive championship game appearances prior to the K-Town Classic. Unfortunately, they would also post two consecutive finalist results. As our homepage states, the Brass Monkeys would find themselves in their 3rd successive Championship game at the Limestone after narrowly defeating the Scarborough Raiders in the semi’s 25 to 20.

The Hamilton Hogs would be their opponents for the CC crown. Despite playing some solid ball this weekend, (close games against the Hamilton Raiders and Saints) the Hogs would be outplayed by the hungry home-towners in this one. With their convincing 26 to 1 victory, the Kingston Brass would shake the monkey from their backs and earn their first title of the season. Congratulations gentlemen!
