After dropping their preliminary match-up to the Burlington Rhinos, The Ottawa- Kingston combo (ACC Argos) battled it out for the BB Title. Their semifinal contest pitted them against the much-improved Ottawa Tailgators. These two teams squared off only weeks ago in a tense semifinal match-up in the ONTFL’s spring division. Although the Tailgators were triumphant in that one, the Argos would find a way to slip past them this time with a close 20 to 14 victory.

The finals saw the Argos and the proud miscellaneous T-shirt-wearing Burlington Bulls (When are those Jerseys going to be ready Simon?) square off. Although both teams played to close results in their semifinals, there was nothing close about this one. The Hughes and Hughes combo (father Barry and son Steve) would strike again. Making spectacular catch after catch, Steve was deservedly awarded with the game MVP after his team earned their second straight title on the tour. Congratulations gentlemen!
