Affair
With their consistent offence,
and stingy defense, the only team standing above the pack in this one
was the Montreal Mavericks. Allowing just 7 points against in their
three Sunday games, earning the “B’ title was pretty much
a foregone conclusion. Though their Montreal rivals, the Hitmen, took
down some tough opponents during their Sunday venture, (the explosive
T.O. Titans and the Ottawa Crimson Tide), they were unable to figure
out the crafty Maverick defense in the finals. Congratulations to the
Mav’s for putting on such a defensive clinic. Let’s see
who the Mav’s and Hitmen had to defeat before squaring off in
the finals;
