After defeating the Axemen in the "BB" finals at the Early Bird, The Mississauga Cyclones opted against entering the St Catharines stop. Fresh legged and looking to maintain their winning ways for the Kingston edition of the tour, The Cyclones, save for a tough game against the Montreal Hitmen, cruised their way to the finals. Cruising themselves, Montreal's Les Patriots handed convincing defeats to the Hamilton Hogs and the Scarborough Raiders on route to their Championship meeting with the Cyclones.

In a very close, momentum swinging Championship game, Les Patriots and their nice blend of youth and experience, overcame the athleticism of the Cyclones, winning the "B" crown, 20 to 19.
