At the beginning of the season, due to injury, the Ottawa Express lost their starting quarterback for the rest of year, although you wouldn’t know it based on their Kingston performance. The Express breezed through their round-robin opponents with plus/minus of +42 points.

Although the Hamilton Dolphins defeated them in preliminary “BB” action, the Express got back on track in the “B” finals. They would slip past the Scarborough Raiders, defeat the Hampton Rogues, and post a lopsided decision over the talented Hamilton Wolves in the Finals to earn their first title of the season. Congratulations gentlemen!
